Are you ready to take your real estate career to the next level? Seattle Real Estate Development and Home Building Company is on the hunt for a dynamic, resourceful, and highly motivated individual to join our team as a full-time salaried Administrative Assistant / Co-Listing Agent.
*This position is not a sales agent position no cold calling, door knocking, etc. The listings are provided and guaranteed* Our team does not work with Buyers and solely represent, as listing agents, new construction townhomes in Seattle.
Annual pay of up to $100,000 including bonuses with room for more - depending on experience.

In Real Estate, we wear many hats and responsibilities can be endless. A few responsibilities of this role include:
- Preparing Purchase and Sale Agreements and Addendums
- General office tasks: filing, emailing, and data entry
- Inputting new listings and maintaining them on the NWMLS
- Completing NWMLS forms as required such as listing agreement, listing input sheet, etc.
- Maintaining accurate property listings and spreadsheets
- Conducting thorough research on potential development sites
- Liaising with clients, scheduling appointments, and attending meetings
- Walking through projects as needed
- Assisting with contract preparation and proofreading documents
- Property Marketing: assist in designing marketing for each project such as silent cards, flyers, site plan and floor plans.
- Keeping track of real estate transactions files and communication
Must Have Requirements:
- Active Washington State Real Estate license
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency of NWMLS Matrix and TransactionDesk
- Canva knowledge
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and evenings as needed
The typical schedule of this position is Monday Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00pm with a one hour lunch in our Seattle office. Weekends and evenings as needed.
