As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities: - Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products - Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to maximize profitability - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process Requirements: - Proven experience in outside sales or a related field - Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively - Technical sales experience is preferred but not required - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record If you are a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales, we want to hear from you. Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
