We are looking for Experienced Marketing Representatives to reach out to restaurants across 15 different states, educating them about our green approach and offering our services at no cost to them. By building long-term partnerships, we help our suppliers and their communities while surpassing our competitors with exceptional service.
We need seasoned outbound Junior Inside Sales Representatives. This position includes a 5 day training period with our Inside Sales Manager, and a 90 probationary period. If the target of 120 contracts in 90 days is met you will become an Inside Sales Rep with a pay increase of 50% ($30/hr).
Only apply if you have the required 1 year of outbound hunting experience.
Pay: Starting pay is $20/hr base pay with a potential pay increase to $30/hr after 90 days.
Bonus pay: Paid on each contract you sign. If you meet quota, you could earn bonuses between $20,000 and $60,000 per annum.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Lunch Noon till 1

Responsibilities:
- 120 sales in 90 days
- Deliver talking points that describe our service to purchase used cooking oil from restaurants and convert.
- Close accounts under a quota.
- Make 200+ outbound calls a day.
- Average connected call time of 4hrs or more in a 8hr shift.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-year experience B-2-B outbound phone sales.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Familiar with CRM and MS Office programs.
- Good customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good team player.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Hard-working and drug-free
