Based in Sugar Land, Texas, PG Golf LLC is the world's largest recycled golf ball company and leading golf course supplier. We are looking for a proactive, dedicated, and professional Insides Sales Representative - Retrieval to join our team. Working remotely or form home is not offered with this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to acquire targeted gold ball retrieval accounts and sell PG Golf products across the US.
• Serves as liaison between current retrieval customer base to secure and expand PG's retrieval efforts, while expanding referrals to other targeted courses.
• Place a high volume of quality out-bond calls for the purpose of building relationships and matching our products and services to each customer's needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual product and new retrieval account sales goals.
• Collaborate with other sales team members, operations, and inventory staff to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Experience proactively leveraging internet intelligence and social media for prospecting.
• Use market knowledge of product trends to maximize PG Golf product placement and sales.

Requirements

• A passion for Golf.
• At least 2 years sales experience
• Ability to develop customer relationships and create sales.
• Provide the highest level of customer services with every call
• Telemarketing experience
• Marketing collateral creation experience
• Proven ability to produce results and exceed sales goals
• The ability to multi-task
• Strong computer skills, MS word, Excel and Outlook.
• Desires a challenging, fast paced, team spirited work environment.
