Job Summary:
As a Sales Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop and implement innovative strategies to reach target customers, maximize revenue, and expand market share.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Sales Manager, Marketing, and Client Support Team.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, promotional materials, and product presentations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase products and services to potential customers.
- Support projects dedicated to major customers to achieve relevant sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies.
- Develop and expand into new territories and grow the customer base to meet sales targets effectively.
- Maintain CRM database integrity by updating customer information, tracking sales activities, and generating reports for management review.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive developments, and best practices in sales and marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Customer Support, and Operations, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding efforts.
- Identify market opportunities, develop innovative sales concepts, and dedicate to creating the best possible experience with customers and Dealers.
- Cultivate connections within the local community, including small, family-owned businesses, and be willing to go above and beyond to establish meaningful relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years experience in sales and marketing roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and capable of effectively prioritizing multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines consistently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese with high proficiency is required.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices for managing customer relationships and driving sales conversions.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
- Proficiency in CRM software with the ability to manage customer databases and execute targeted campaigns is a plus.
- B2B experience, demonstrating the ability to engage with businesses on a professional level and develop mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Experience in the appliance industry or related field is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
