Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential new business customers and develop strategies to acquire them
• Support the team in managing existing client relationships and increasing revenue from these customers
• Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations for customers
• Utilize various channels (email, phone, in-person visits, events) to proactively reach out to potential customers. Engage in effective communication and build relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and convert them into customers.
• Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services to customers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
• Attend trade shows and networking events to identify new business opportunities and build relationships within the industry
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats

Requirements:

• Experience of Collectible, Toy, CPG industry strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field required
• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a music or toy industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to travel as needed to attend trade shows and networking events
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
