Stratum Structural Systems is a fast-growing company in the basement waterproofing and foundation repair industry.

Responsibilities:

- Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule and calling on potential sales outlets
- Professional and responsible approach to handling company provided leads
- Prepare, present and if needed, adjust content of in-home presentations
- Negotiating contracts with prospective clients
- Coordinating sales efforts with Company marketing programs
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of solutions and products for prospective clients needs
- Maintaining client records
- Customer follow up

Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years Sales experience preferred
- Proved track record of in home residential sales
- Industry experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,330.00 - $153,216.00 per year
