```Job Summary```
We are seeking a career driven, motivated and dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. managing Website, printed advertisement and social media. Application engineering

The estimating duties include utilizing estimating and quotation software, reviewing construction plans and specifications and interfacing with architects and engineers. Maintaining a bid calendar and schedule .

Project management involves material procurement, delivery co-ordination and working with service personnel and contractors. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn an established and stable industry.

```Duties```
- Communicate with potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities
- Co-ordinate and attend trade shows. Manage Web site and social media
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

```Skills```
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

-Proficiency with Xcell, Word, outlook
- Technical sales aptitude with the ability to understand mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
