Senior Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Senior Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated track record of success in sales and possess the ability to independently drive sales efforts. They should also have a comprehensive understanding of the sales process and be skilled in devising and executing strategies to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential customers interested in battery products, particularly those in need of low voltage solutions.

Present and demonstrate our battery products, highlighting their technological features and benefits, especially in low voltage applications.

Understand customer needs and customize solutions to meet their specific requirements, including providing expertise in low voltage setups.

Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and low voltage standards to effectively communicate the advantages of our products.

Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.

Collaborate with the product development and technical teams to provide feedback and insights for product improvement.

Requirements:

Proven track record in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Practical ability, technology experience, and specific knowledge of low voltage systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to convey technical information clearly and understandably.

Customer-centric approach with a deep understanding of low voltage requirements.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dedicated to achieving and surpassing sales quotas.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Adaptability and the ability to quickly learn and grasp new battery products and technologies.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
