Main Responsibilities
o Inspect and diagnose electronic and mechanical components of HVAC systems for effectiveness, efficiency, and safety of todays standardizations.
o Able to read and interpret gauges and meters in terms of superheat and subcooling for charging and servicing.
o Photograph, record, and document status of HVAC system BEFORE and AFTER work performed utilizing CRM Software.
o Travel to homes and job locations as scheduled by Administration or Managements discretion.
o Able and willing to work rotating on-call shifts.
o Operate company vehicles to ensure an on-time, and safe arrival.
o Comfortable working in extremely varying environment conditions (attics, crawlspaces, under houses, temperature, humidity, insects, animals, etc.)
o Know how to establish customer rapport to provide the right repair and/or replacement products and services.
o Present 3-5 options that serve customers needs with integrity.
o Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
o Collect and properly apply payment for all job invoices.
o Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals utilizing CRM Software.
o Show yourself as a professional and knowledgeable Service Expert to earn 5 Star Reviews, new referrals and repeat business.
o Must be in the company designated uniform and wear safety equipment when needed.
o Work alongside dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business using clear and organized means of communication.
o Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and quarterly gatherings.
o Maintain a clean, organized job site, accurate inventory, and clean vehicle.
o Be accurate and timely with invoices, clock-in/out, payment slips, job templates or other site-specific documentation utilizing CRM Software.
o Supply your own tools, turn in any work receipts, and upload all Purchase Orders through CRM Software
o Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources.
Preferred Qualifications
o EPA Certification
o NATE Certification
o CRM automation use (ex: ServiceTrade)
o Microsoft office (ex: outlook, excel, word)
o 2+ years field experience
