We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to help us manage our office. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with administrative duties and handling sensitive data and will be able to prepare reports and proposals and work directly with clients on projects. This position offers the potential for long-term growth with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within an agile team to deliver high-quality work on schedule and within budget
• Lead website projects end-to-end from planning, and scheduling to Q/A and release utilizing our established, powerful project management platform
• Work with team members on strategies for content, SEO, paid search, social media, and all other digital channels to ensure accurate and effective implementation and ongoing success
• Review client analytics periodically to identify problem areas, and locate areas for improvement.
• Identify potential account issues and work with our team and the client to find a solution
• Champion best practices and quality assurance

Requirements:

• Must Currently be available to work at our office in Tequesta FL.
• Excellent project management and time management skills
• Excellent organization, great attention to detail, ability to prioritize a long list of time-sensitive tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Skilled at adapting to the ever-changing nature of the digital marketing industry

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

• Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing Discipline
• Experience working for a marketing or website development firm

Pay: $40,500.00 - $45,000.00 per year
