As a Solar Sales Representative at Sunder Energy, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our solar energy products and services. You will engage with prospective clients, assess their energy needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with Sunder Energy's commitment to environmental responsibility.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Generate leads and identify potential clients interested in solar energy solutions.

2. Conduct on-site or virtual consultations to understand clients' energy requirements and propose customized solar solutions.

3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate quotes and proposals for clients.

4. Clearly articulate the benefits of solar energy and Sunder Energy's offerings to potential customers.

5. Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and government incentives to effectively communicate value propositions.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.

7. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and closing techniques.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.

2. Willingness to learn and familiarize yourself with how solar works

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

6. Familiarity with local regulations and incentives related to solar energy (is a plus).

Pay: $82,684.53 - $300,000.00 per year
