Job Title: Commercial Truck Sales Manager

Bald Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM is a third-generation family owned and operated dealership. We are a high volume Ram truck dealership. We are looking for someone with commercial truck experience to join our sales team. Commercial Truck Sales Manager - Essential Duties

• Develop Ram light duty and heavy-duty sales to RI and southeastern NE marketplace
• Manage existing commercial business customers
• Responsible for customer calls, quotes, and sales closings.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools
• Conduct sales assistance to the sales team with their prospects
• Develop and/or successfully implement programs to increase unit gross and achieve maximum F& I penetration.
• Analyzes sales history and market conditions to determine inventory requirements and orders new trucks accordingly.
• Assist the Pre-Owned department manager buying used trucks from auctions, other dealerships, individual sellers etc.
• Stay abreast of compliance regulations on federal and state issues
• Explain, implement, and enforces dealership policies, emphasizing customer satisfaction and a positive dealership image.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Attends managers meetings as requested.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
