Backed by a family-owned company with a 45-year history of empowering employees and creating solutions for homeowners that truly redefine their lives, our Garage & Basement Sales Gurus meet with homeowners on scheduled appointments to educate and consult on our water, foundation, concrete, and polyaspartic floor coating systems.

As a Guru, youll receive:

• SET APPOINTMENTS IN HOMES | NO COLD CALLING. Meet with homeowners on set appointments (Monday-Friday mainly 8am-6pm) to consult with them on our solutions (backed by a warranty) to elevate their garage from a cluttered junk drawer to a functional & multi-purpose space, and/or protect the home from water, bowing walls, foundation settlement.
• IMPACT: we provide peace of mind for homeowners, allowing them to enjoy their home and not fret
• COMPENSATION: Our current sales professionals who have a strong work ethic, are self-motivated, positive, coachable, and dedicated to their craft will earn $150,000 - $200,000.
• TRAINING: Comprehensive 6-week training on our products, services, and sales process.
• INSIDE SALES SUPPORT: A dedicated inside salesperson to follow-up on unclosed proposals where you receive your full commission once closed.

Must haves:

• KNOWLEDGE: 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales, or a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in the business development field.
• SKILLS: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• ABILITY: Valid drivers license and ability to meet the requirements of the Motor Vehicle Record, and felony/misdemeanor background check. Ability to travel overnight 2-3 nights per month.
• At Thrasher, we pride ourselves on rewarding performance. Our compensation structure for our sales position provides a training pay, commission, and bonus potential. The range for this position is in your first year, following training, is $150,000-$200,000. Commission is a percentage of each sale. Additionally, we provide an environment of growth, 25% of our employees are promoted YOY. Upon promotion, compensation is evaluated to fit the requirements of the new position.
