Every house has a roof - and every roof needs to be replaced every 15-30 years (with just 7-12 years for asphalt roofs). In Colorado, theres over 5 million homes just in the front range. Plus, the wind is pretty wild here in the Centennial State and it hails a lot. As such, it is estimated that another 50,000 roofs across the state need to be replaced even sooner during these bad weather storms.
As a sales hunter and someone that loves the sales game, this is a true fertile ground to support all the amazing homeowners around the state. The ideal candidate will be adept at engaging with potential customers, building rapport from the onset, being out in the field and in front of new people every day, and effectively closing sales door-to-door.

Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma
- Outside commercial or residential sales representative experience
- A proven track record in outside sales
Preferred Education and Experience
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to leverage data-driven systems
Travel
- This position will require up to 100% local travel to jobs sites, trainings, and company events (as needed).
Requirements
- Valid Drivers license & Clean Driving Record
- Comfortable on ladders/roofs and working on ladders
- Able to provide own transportation with opportunity to earn your own company vehicle
- Can provide own cell phone and tablet or laptop for work use (phone reimbursements)
SALARY & BENEFITS
The approximate and expected annual compensation range for this role, depending on sales and results, is $80,000 - $150,000+ (Base + Performance Bonuses).
