Description:As a Sales Associate at CHROME HEARTS, you hold a pivotal role within our team, responsible for not only driving sales but also for creating a unique and memorable brand experience for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities*

• Meet sales targets by establishing and nurturing client relationships, all while adhering to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) requirements.
• Provide exceptional service by assisting clients with special orders, repairs, and custom requests, ensuring a highly personalized experience.
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of our product offerings and stay abreast of company updates and developments.
• Efficiently conduct transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system and other essential tools.
• Uphold the store's visual appeal, which includes stocking, refreshing displays, and adhering to CHROME HEARTS' visual guidelines.
• Be a positive brand ambassador, consistently embodying the values and image of CHROME HEARTS.
• Foster strong relationships with the management team, peers, and other store teams.
• Strictly follow all retail policies and procedures and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Display the utmost integrity when handling sensitive client information and transactions.
• Possess a minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
• Demonstrate a results-driven and goal-oriented approach, consistently striving to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Be proficient in the use of a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Commit to being a collaborative team player, driven by a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in a foreign language is a valuable asset.
• Maintain flexible availability, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands
Your role will require extended periods of standing, walking, and, at times, climbing stairs. Proficiency in using your arms, hands, and fingers for various retail duties is essential. Compensation
Within the Chrome Hearts organization, key personnel in these essential positions are rewarded with a substantial compensation package, typically ranging from $65,000 to $80,000. This total compensation includes an attractive base salary complemented by performance-based sales incentives.
