Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Communicating with agency provided leads daily
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients daily
• Understanding prospect's needs, identifying sales opportunities and executing sales
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
• Communicating the benefits of our services
• Ability to achieve high sales targets
• Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team

Requirements

• Sales experience or call center experience is a plus
• Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
• Must be coachable
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be motivated and determined

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
