ZBRA is looking for a true sales hunter for a Sales Director role. The Sales Director will be responsible for generating new revenue for ZBRA by researching, identifying, qualifying, proposing & closing business from high revenue & strategic value accounts. They will identify & validate new markets & product groups & manage the complete account lifecycle. The Sales Director will also support growing & maintaining relationships with key clients, accounts & rep firms with a focus on strategic partnerships. Ideally, they bring a powerful C-Level network along with their other required qualifications.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Including the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Proactively research, qualify & cultivate new leads & markets using available electronic means, marketing & sales tools & in-person prospecting when possible
- Engage & convert qualified prospects to becoming new clients
- Establish & maintain relationships & communication throughout the entire sales cycle
- Present technical services & benefits as they relate to solving prospective customers problems and/or fulfilling their project requirements
- Prepare & issue proposals & quotes for assigned prospects and clients
- Follow through & close proposals/quotes
- Work closely with engineering & project manager to ensure smooth & complete account onboarding
- Consistently meet/exceed assigned monthly revenue quotas
- Maintain prospecting activity to ensure consistent quota achievement
- Collaborate with ZBRA leadership to refine sales processes toward increased sales productivity
- Utilize & maintain HubSpot CRM with complete & up-to-date information on all stages of assigned prospects & clients
- Facilitate marketing efforts by regularly communicating discovered needs, trends, beneficial events & other market intelligence
- Maintain a positive attitude & how can we approach toward challenges that will arise
- Participate in weekly sales team meetings
Qualifications & Requirements
- Possess a high level of technical knowledge & understanding of the industries, applications, companies & contacts, along with customer service & new business development sales techniques
- A proven track record of success in the Oil & Gas vertical, particularly with custom software sales successes
- Competent in Google products & HubSpot & efficient in email, internet & sales automation apps
- Demonstrate problem solving & people skills
- Skilled at high accuracy in work & attention to detail
- Practice integrity, reliability & honesty in all business transactions
- Project a positive company image
- Work with co-workers to ensure success
- Comfortable engaging C & VP-Level decision makers
- Sandler System training preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
