Position Available:
Wholesale Sales Representative St. Louis, MO based
Description:
The purpose of this role is to achieve sales and company goals through wholesale sales. Be a strong ambassador for the Mothers team and brand with our distributor partners and our customers in the market.
General Responsibilities:
- Ensure the successful sale and distribution of all Mothers brands across multiple markets to achieve established sales and business goals.
- Be a Mothers champion and brand ambassador in the market
- Collaborate on producing sales plans and objectives for each market and then execute these based on sales data, market and brewery trends, and observations during market visits.
- Create and present sales reports and budget reports as regularly scheduled.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Team on new product rollouts, account events and POS needs.
- Collaborate effectively with all areas of the company.
- Develop and maintain a regular schedule for visiting assigned markets based on needs and plans.
- Collaborate on producing sales plans and objectives for each market and then execute same based on sales data, market and brewery trends, and observations during market visits.
- Assist in planning and executing brewery events at the brewery, and outside the brewery, when needed.
- Provide service and positive experiences to our customers, clients, distributors, staff, etc. in accordance with our core values and brand.

- Expert at analyzing markets and market trends.
- Strong ability to acquire, organize, and analyze sales data.
- Sales experience preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Travel to other markets in our four-state footprint, with overnight stays, will be required approximately twice per month. Stays will range from one to three nights. Some weekend stays will likely be required.
- Working weekends for events and festivals will likely be required.
Compensation
- Salary based on experience plus sales commissions.
