Job Description:

Navigare Yachting is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team in the role of Yacht Charter Sales Associate. This position involves outbound calls to existing customers, conducting closing activities, presenting offers to new customers, upselling activities, and providing after-sales support. While prior experience in yachting is advantageous, it is not required as training will be provided. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a career development within the yachting industry.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to existing leads to assist with the booking process. Also, promoting additional charter services and upgrades.

Assist in upselling activities by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer's charter experience.

Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue generation.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Stay informed about industry trends, yacht models, and charter destinations to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.

Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in yachting and sales.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Proactivity and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems preferred.

Flexibility to eventually work on weekends.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or hospitality is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
