Crown Genesis is Seeking Professional Automotive Sales Representatives!

We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about cars and delivering exceptional customer service. Sales Professional Duties:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide information about available vehicles and their features
• Conduct test drives with potential buyers
• Negotiate pricing and financing options
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Maintain a strong knowledge of current inventory and promotions
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
• Utilize the sales pipeline to track leads and opportunities

Sales Professional Skills: -

• Automotive Sales: Experience in selling automobiles or related products/services
• Upselling: Ability to identify opportunities to upsell additional features or services to customers
• Bilingual: Proficiency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients
• Outbound Sales: Proven ability to proactively reach out to potential customers and generate leads
• Sales Management: Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices for managing the sales process
• Sales: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Dealership: Understanding of dealership operations and processes
• Math: Basic math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and discounts
