Full description of the position

Agilix Solutions is seeking a Counter Sales Associate. This individual will be the go-to resource for expertise and knowledge of all product lines, responsible for managing direct customer relationships at our retail counter, and processing of orders in the business system.
This role will report to the Counter Sales Manager.
Responsibilities

• Servicing our walk-in customers at the sales counter.
• Providing telephone support for counter customers who call in.
• Keeping an accurate accounting of counter order paperwork and petty cash.
• Merchandising efforts at the counter, for example, products displayed, promotional materials and programs, etc.
• Various warehouse responsibilities as needed

Qualifications*

• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Working knowledge of electrical construction products.
• The ability to sell complimentary products to fill customer needs.
• Ability to multi-task and change direction on a moments notice.
• Strong follow-up and follow through skills with face-to-face customers
