Our Non -Franchise distribution companys leadership team needs a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales department .We are In need of a smart,energetic Desk manager that Is used to working with different Automotive programs such as Credit Acceptance,Dealer Track,CUDC ext...The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading an experienced team of Sales Associates, most of whom have worked for the company for 5+ years. Automotive Sales Manager: Job & Career Information

An automotive sales manager supervises a team of automotive salespeople. The majority of managers hold positions at car dealerships. Similar to all automotive salespeople, the primary objective of managers is to sell cars. In some cases, managers must provide direction and motivation to the sales staff in order to move the most inventory possible as fast as possible. Additional job duties include hiring, firing, training and setting sales goals for employees. Automotive sales managers also develop annual sales budgets, monitor inventory and cultivate good customer relations. At some dealerships, automotive sales managers are responsible for marketing, advertising and special promotions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
