Marsh is seeking candidates for our open Sales Assistant position in Urbandale, IA

Supports the client sales team with documentation and any other requests as needed.

We will Count on you to:

• Documents internal inquiries and completes requests for information in a timely manner.

• Supports collection of information for sales campaign presentations.

• Prepares Requests for Quote activities and communicates customer/product requirement information necessary for thorough quotations.

• Prepares product and service information to customers upon request.

• Utilizes Microsoft Office functions to design basic PowerPoint presentations for sales campaigns.

What you Need to Have:

• 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role

• Must be organized, ability to multi-task, and have great communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office
