EXPERIENCED AUTO SALES PROS

Arrowhead Honda is growing our team and we are looking to hire the right experienced automotive sales professionals to join our team. Honda is just launching it's first vehicle in the all new electric line up in next month so we really need to grow our sales team to accommodate the increased traffic.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sales Representatives spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options.

Sales Representatives commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of industry vehicle and technology.

Sales Representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate features and confirm a selection.

Follow up with prospective customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.

Must be able to proficiently communicate via phone, email and the internet.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal Sales Representative candidate must have some auto sales experience with proven track record.

Work with Sales Managers to ensure individual and departmental sales goals are met.

Outgoing personality with a knack for developing relationships (i.e., a "people person").

Computer software and internet proficiency.

Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through.

Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's license.

Must be at least 21 years old.

Must be able to pass drug and background check.
