Role Description

In this hybrid role you will manage a portfolio of about 8-10 Condominium/Townhome Associations. Duties include advising/supporting the Board of Directors, handling owner requests, coordinating projects with contractors, approving payments, and other duties to support the Association. The position requires approximately 3-4 evening meetings per month. Properties are located in a compact area within the north side of Chicago and north suburbs.

Qualifications

Property management experience in a community association (condominium) setting

• A CAM license from the State of Illinois
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding and experience with financial reporting and budgeting
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field
• Industry certifications, such as CMCA, AMS, or PCAM.
