We are looking to add to our cohesive, high energy and driven sales team. This role is 100% commision based. The ideal canidate will have a winners attitude that is not afraid to hustle and get uncomfortable. This position requires grit, perseverance, a strong mental fortitude and isn't afraid of rejection! You MUST be okay climbing roofs to do this position! Our top performers make $250k + their first year in this industry. Seasoned veterans can make $400k + at our company with the right training and intensive support. We are a local company located in Franklin, TN with a BEAUTIFUL 4000 Sq feet Class A office space right off I-65. You are not installing roofs. We get that question frequently. This role requires you to knock doors. It's a D2D sales position. You won't always knock doors, but it is necessary to keep your pipeline filled.
