Simply Ride is Minnesotas largest pre-owned motorcycle dealership, selling hundreds of motorcycles per year, of every brand imaginable, in every style of motorcycle. Additionally, Simply is excited to be Minnesotas newest Yamaha dealership! Selling Dirtbikes, ATVs, and Side by Sides in addition to Harley-Davidsons, standards, cruisers, sportbike motorcycles, and adventure bikes. Were seeking a Parts and Apparel Sales Consultant!

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for assisting customers by helping them find the parts they seek and answering customer's questions regarding product information, pricing, etc.

• Greet and assist walk-in guests

• Answer questions via email, phone or chat

• Accurately fit guests for Helmets, Jackets, Gloves and other riding apparel

• Advise guests on parts and accessory purchases

• Process invoices and receive payments

• Complete purchase follow-up calls and call lists when presented

• Participate in Motorcycle Events/Activities

• Maintain cleanliness in department, and merchandise and stock inventory

• Assist with online and eBay sales and marketing products

• Interface with Service Writers and ensure their parts and accessories needs are being met

• Notify service personnel when special parts or back-ordered parts are received

• Can perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations

Basic Qualifications:

• Motorcycle, automobile or powersports parts experience

• Parts stocking, ordering or sales experience

• Retail experience

• Motorcycle experience

• High school degree or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 or 4 year college OR Powersport dealer training

• Love everything motorcycles

• Must have a strong attention to detail

• Maintain a high level of personal and professional integrity

• Technician Certification a plus

• Experience working on motorcycles a plus

• Valid motorcycle endorsement a plus

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic

Compensation: $12-20/hour including hourly wage and commission, depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
