PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Responsible for marketing, promoting and profitably selling products and services to existing and potential customers.

SCOPE

Sales Representative reports to Management and is responsible for providing great customer services by written, in person and verbal communication. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure operations are maintained in an effective and efficient manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide sales support to customers ensuring that operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner

Main Activities:

• Know your products and promote new products and specials
• Good customer service via email, phone or in person
• Answer phones in a professional matter
• Provide Estimates
• Understands customer needs
• Take payments
• Prepare documents and reports on the computer and files
• Make appointments to meet new and existing customers
• Any sales you take you are responsible for those sales
• Contact your customer upon completion of orders
• Advising customers about lead time and deliveries
• Make new sales calls (New Business)
• Maintain confidential Sales information
• Train new sales representatives

PERFORM OTHER ASSIGNED DUTIES AS REQUIRED
