Our company is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at our Jupiter-Stuart locations. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the boating industry. This position will involve driving, and candidates must have a valid driver's license. The role will focus on selling boats ranging from 18-24 feet, with opportunities for commission and bonuses based on performance. As a Sales Representative, you will report directly to the Boat Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for boats under 30 feet in the Jupiter-Stuart areas.
• Drive sales growth by actively seeking out new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct sales negotiations, handle customer inquiries, and close deals in the Jupiter-Stuart areas.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve overall company objectives.
• Represent the company at boat shows, events, and other marketing initiatives to promote boat sales in the Jupiter-Stuart areas.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet individual and team sales goals while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the boating industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for boating and outdoor activities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed in the Jupiter-Stuart areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as required.
