Essential Responsibilities:

• Responsible for responding to and managing all Internet sales leads;
• Check and respond to email and internet inquiries immediately;
• Research available vehicles and relevant products;
• Communicate effectively with Internet guests and prospects;
• Keep abreast of new features and available accessories, and translate their benefit to guests;
• Direct guests to product information resources;
• Maintain and update notes and information in a customer database;
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Develop career skills through regular training and instructions;
• Know, understand and abide by Federal, State and Local laws.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Automotive sales experience is required;
• Automotive Internet Sales experience is preferred;
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Internet, and CRM;
• Outstanding negotiation skills;
• Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work both individually and in a team environment;
• Must be able to meet companys employment requirements;
• Flexible work schedule;
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check and E-Verify.
