TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Our client, Accudyn Products, is a manufacturer of engineered molded plastics and custom injection molds based in Erie, PA. Accudyn is family-owned and operated for over 25 years with a commitment to providing best-in-class capabilities to its customers, and a passion for supporting the greater community. The Company has manufacturing locations in Erie, PA and Chihuahua, Mexico, where they specialize in custom products for customers in the medical, automotive, heavy truck, and home / construction markets. Accudyn employs state-of-the-art equipment and world class management systems to meet the ongoing challenges of its customers efficiently and effectively.

The Company seeks an experienced Technical Sales Representative to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will utilize their skills and experience to contribute to Company sales growth strategies, develop customer relationships with the key decision makers, and close new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with proven results selling technical products and services.
• BA/BS degree in a relevant field from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Relevant relationship-based selling experience in a competitive B2B manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities & Competencies

• Excellent computer skills with proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products.
• Ability to conduct market research and communicate results to appropriate team members.
• Excellent communication skills including writing skills to support the development of engaging content for all marketing projects.
• Demonstrates superior organizational skills including the ability to properly prioritize multiple projects/deadlines.
• Possesses a collaborative, curious mindset that will allow for close work in a team environment.

This role is onsite at Accudyn's Erie, PA location.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
