We are looking for an Entry Level Account Executive. The candidate must be dedicated to work and motivated for success. The ideal candidate will also have outgoing personality, good communication skills, attention to details, result oriented, not afraid of failure and quick learning ability.

Company: We are a fast growing importing/manufacturing company located in Carson, CA. We manufacture promotional items including but not limited to custom apparel, head wear and bags and sell our products to distributors in the states. Our primary products are t shirts, polos, baseball hats, sports jerseys, jackets and other promotional items. We are expanding into a new market and are looking to expand our team significantly.

Title: Entry Level Account Executive

Purpose of Position: Generates revenue by developing market potential through lead generation, qualification, and closing sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate Sales leads through cold calling, emailing, direct mailing, personal visit and other sales/marketing efforts.
• Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by email, telephone, and occasionally personal visits
• Providing quotes, shipping samples for customers
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through customer service support, and liaison with internal production manager.
• Obtain orders from customers
• Review and process orders with production manager for order accuracy and sampling/production arrangement
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Analyze the markets potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Minimal office and warehouse duties when neededCompensation: $18-20/hour base pay + 3-5% commission + quarterly bonus

Qualifications:

• college degree preferred.
• Good computer skills required (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Familiar with CRM System
• Prospecting and Negotiation skills required
• Motivation for Sales and dedication to work an absolute must
• Product knowledge on apparel and promotional products preferred
• 1-2 years B2B Sales Experience Preferred, but not required
• Experience in the promotional products/importing/manufacturing industry preferred
• Eligibility to work in the US required.
