RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

MDZ Menswear, El Paso's leading menswear store, is currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. If you have a passion for fashion, enjoy interacting with customers, and are eager to learn and grow, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

ROLE: RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of MDZ Menswear, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them find the perfect wardrobe solutions. Your role will be crucial in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on merchandise selection

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain store appearance by organizing and replenishing stock as needed

- Assist with visual merchandising and window displays

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs

- Participate in store meetings and training sessions

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous experience in retail sales preferred

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Knowledge of current fashion trends and styles

- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Positive attitude and a passion for fashion

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 35 per week
