Job Summary:
Small office looking for Customer Service/Sales Support Person.
This position will contact our customers to make sure our system is working properly and if they need to place an order for supplies. This will be outbound calls to established customers as well as new customers. Computer skills a must.
You will learn how to trouble shoot customer problems. Position will be entry level. Must have a good phone voice and be able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy. Must be dependable with a good attitude.
We are a small office, but we sell nationally to Nursing Homes. Theres no overtime or weekend work. This is an in-office position. Salary is a fixed base plus commission. Earning potential is your efforts made.
This is a full time position M-F 8:00am-4:30pm. Must have computer skills of basic database software. Great opportunity for the right person.
