Job Title: Key Account Manager HVAC/Heat Pumps
Location: Rochester, NY
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + bonus

Overview:

• Senior Key Account Manager role focused on driving sales growth within the HVAC/Heat Pumps division.
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of sales experience required.
• Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and monitoring market trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC or Heat Pumps.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in sales process management.
• Business acumen and industry knowledge.
• Team player with conflict resolution abilities.
• Up to 50% travel flexibility.
• Familiarity with MS Office, CRM systems, and Lean/Sigma principles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop tailored sales strategies, projecting sales and profit forecasts.
• Identify and capitalize on program support opportunities.
• Maintain awareness of competitive pricing and product mix.
• Cultivate lasting customer relationships, proposing new products.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and monitor market trends.
• Uncover emerging markets and assess competition.
