Since 1982, The Joinery has created handcrafted furniture for residential and commercial spaces with a strong commitment to environmental performance. Each piece of Joinery furniture is thoughtfully designed and crafted to be a part of our customers homes for decades. A successful Sales Associate will create deep relationships with customers and demonstrate a strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Successful applicants will demonstrate:

Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Proven ability to close sales

Strong customer service skills through all communication channels

Strong organization skills, adherence to timelines and attention to detail

Passion to connect with others, improve the environment and strengthen our community

Also helpful are experience with an ERP system and experience with home furnishings.
