Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and recommending suitable coverage options to clients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Assess client's current coverage and provide recommendations for additional or modified policies
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Assist clients in filing claims and provide support throughout the claims process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with underwriters, adjusters, and other professionals to ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize various marketing strategies to generate leads and expand client base

Experience:
- Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in a retail or telemarketing environment
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Knowledge of insurance market trends, products, and services
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience in sales administration or benefits administration is beneficial

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
