Cannabis Business Development Reps Wanted!
We are seeking full-time Cannabis Business Development Reps to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare and medical industry with a background in medical sales, medical/clinical assistant, call center or similar work experience. The Business Development team is responsible for new patient acquisition and scheduling new patient appointments. You will be coordinating with potential new cannabis patients and providing them compassionate service that guides them to book an appointment with our highly qualified physicians at one of our nine clinic locations. You will also be expected to perform clerical and administrative functions as well as assisting the Doctor in seeing patients as effectively as possible while meeting performance metrics and quality service goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales and closing (non-retail) is a must, preference to phone sales
- Must be able to handle a stressful work environment and demanding clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Complete Mastery of PC and Mac and shortcuts / commands
- Proficient with Microsoft Word. Proficiency with Quickbooks, Athena (or other EMR), and or Excel is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Driven
- Takes directions well and confident to recommend ideas to management
- Strong organizational skills
- MUST have your own reliable transportation
- High school diploma required, Associates and Bachelors degree preferred
- Ability to pass a federal background check; no felonies - Required
Responsibilities:
- Make 150-300 outbound calls per day to prospective patients
- Overcome objectives during outbound sales call
- Answer 20-30 inbound telephone calls with prospective patients
- Ability to perform and exceed managements goals and KPIs
- Properly document daily activity including call notes and depositions
- Schedule new patient appointments in our EHR system
- Maintaining of general office and supplies
Location: Our office is located at 600 Sandtree Drive, Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Relocation assistance is not provided. Preference is given to candidates located within Palm Beach Gardens.
