Job Title: Fence Material Sales Representative

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Fence Material Sales Representative. This role involves selling a variety of fence materials to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of fencing products and installation methods, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for fence materials.
• Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of various fence materials.
• Prepare and present quotes and proposals to potential customers, following up as necessary to close sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional customer service.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position our products in the marketplace.
• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our brand and expand our customer base.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using our CRM system.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and product enhancements to support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the fencing or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of fence materials, including wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain-link.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
