Were seeking a Full-time Personal Lines Account Manager with a passion for ensuring client satisfaction and success. The Personal Lines Account Manager will serve our personal insurance clients and offer them first-class service.

We are a well-established independent insurance agency of over 40 years in the Brighton/Henrietta area.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with claims, billing questions, payment options and finance agreements
• Quote new business in a timely manner
• Review policies for accuracy and contact clients to discuss their needs
• Review risks with underwriters from the different insurance carriers that we represent
• Educate clients on insurance coverages
• Process policy changes and endorsements, ACORD applications, certificates of insurance
• Develop a good rapport with clients and provide them with exceptional service
• Connect with current clients to regularly review their changes and coverages

Skills:

• Professional communication with customers, co-workers, insurance carriers, and other contacts
• Experience managing insurance policies from multiple insurance carriers
• Computer literate
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus (not required)

Preferred License, Education, and Experience:

• At least one year of personal lines insurance customer service
• Current New York State Property & Casualty Insurance license
• Associate degree or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
