We are a rapidly growing B2B Sales & Communication startup located in Torrance. We are currently looking for Sales Associates to join our Early Team. Experience is not required, and we welcome those who are interested in tech startups.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Associate to join our team. As a B2B Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for the company by identifying opportunities, pitching our products and services, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential leads through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies.
- Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position our products and services as solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales materials and campaigns.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus.
- Previous experience in the software as a service (SaaS) industry or knowledge of sales and communication technologies is a plus.
*Bilingual (Korean & English) is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
