Sales Executive Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, exceeding their needs and expectations.
• Manage a sales territory for all service offerings, including HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical services, maximizing sales opportunities.
• Proactively identify and pursue business development opportunities to open new accounts.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Utilize negotiation skills to estimate projects and PM agreements.
• Demonstrate genuine empathy for customers, fostering long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

Sales Executive Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on commercial, industrial, and manufacturing building owners.
• Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical fields is essential and highly preferred.
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
• Goal-oriented self-starter with an energetic personality and positive attitude.
• Possess genuine empathy for customers and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
