OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

THE DOWN LOW:

6 week paid training program through SeekOne Academy to set you up for success (no roofing experience required)
1099 position with opportunities and support to make over $100k your first year

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

Prospect and cultivate relationships with homeowners through D2D

Work heavily within client referrals
Generate inspection reports of damages to the roof
Explain and assist clients through the insurance claims process of receiving a brand-new roofing system
Help homeowners with selections
Keep up with industry market knowledge as the outside sales representative

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

Self motivated, disciplined and confident team-players
Comfortable interacting face to face with clients
Ability to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary
Reliable transportation required
Previous sales experience required
Must currently reside in or around the Franklin, TN area

PAY:

Salary: $100,000 - $300,000 / AVG Yearly
