New Business Development Account Manager

Location: Southwest Las Vegas

Onsite/Remote: Onsite at Office Building

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Development Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and nurturing long-term relationships with clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and expansion of our gypsum mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source potential customers and markets for gypsum products.

Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and industries while maximizing sales opportunities.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, fostering trust, credibility, and long-term relationships.

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.

Develop sales plans, forecasts, and budgets in collaboration with the accounting and marketing teams.

Monitor sales performance using our proprietary CRM module, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve sales targets.

Manage the lead generation process and develop best practices for the sales department.

Maintain a deep understanding of our gypsum product and availability as well as different applications and benefits.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to secure profitable deals.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives.

Travel to customer sites as needed to promote our product, establish partnerships, and expand our customer base.

Requirements and Skills:

Critical thinking skills to increase sales volume.

Experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building and deal closings.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven record of success with the entire sales process from planning to closing.

Results oriented with strong analytical skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelors degree in business administration or related field preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
