A&G Capital Plus is looking for competitive, confident, and passionate individuals to join our small growing team. This role will allow you to develop consultative sales skills over the phone while building a trust in communication, soliciting potential customers and growing a skill set that will transition into future advancement opportunities within our company.

What youll be doing.

• Creatively self-generate leads and qualify prospects
• Execute few cold calls per day in order to build relationships with prospects and existing customers
• Stay up to date on industry trends to provide and negotiate fee to customers
• Manage freight movement and problem solve in real time by utilizing our software
• Proactively communicate when resolving issues and provide updates to customers

• Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers
• Mental endurance. An Account Executive will be on the phone, may hear a lot of rejection and will have to continue to push through
• Entrepreneurial and competitive spirit (if youre not first, youre last)
• Strong ability to sell and negotiate with confidence and a winning attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to recognize and prioritize profitable opportunities
