Baseline Professional Services, LLC is urgently hiring a Sales Support Manager.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

o Lead a diverse team of marketing specialists, customer support specialists, onboarding specialists, and registered dietitians.

o Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture focused on achieving sales objectives and maintaining positive relations with members, payors, and providers.

Operations

o Oversee the day-to-day operations of your team.

o Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of each teams processes in supporting sales objectives and delivering high-quality service to members, payors, and providers.

Cross-functional Collaboration

o Collaborate with marketing specialists to align lead generation activities with sales goals.

o Coordinate with customer support specialists to address inquiries and support healthcare payers and providers effectively.

o Work closely with onboarding specialists to streamline processes for setting up healthcare payers, providers, and members into our medically tailored meal programs.

o Support registered dietitians in approving nutritional assessments and conducting consultations.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

o Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of each team.

o Generate regular reports on team activities, effectiveness, and achievements to upper management.

Continuous Improvement

o Identify areas for improvement in processes and workflows, implementing strategies to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

o Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our services.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing diverse teams in sales, marketing, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward common goals.

Excellent organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple teams and tasks simultaneously.

Understanding of healthcare payor and provider landscapes.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
