Our Sales Representative role is divided into three phases: prospecting and selling, meeting insurance adjusters, and estimating/supplementing. Key responsibilities include property inspections, contract generation, and ensuring job profitability.

Responsibilities:

Conduct fieldwork, including running company leads, referrals, and cold calling.

Perform property inspections and sign contracts, meeting insurance adjusters when necessary.

Generate estimates using industry-specific software, drone footage, and personal roof inspections.

Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from lead generation to job profitability.

Support Mighty Pledge to homeowners with top-notch communication, on-time service, and integrity.

Participate in safety and training meetings.

Requirements:

Ability to inspect and document storm damage, create estimates, and close restoration agreements.

Self-generate leads and follow up on existing ones.

Manage customer proposals, production oversight, and insurance documentation.

Set up ladders, walk residential or business roofs.

Pass FAA Drone exam (company paid for).

Provide timely information to the company, CRM, and relevant stakeholders.

Maintain a positive attitude and achieve monthly sales targets.

Compensation and bonuses:

Paid training: $600/week for 3 weeks.

Signing bonus: $300.

Bonus pay: $500 for monthly sales of $200K.

Commission pay (sales based): Tiered structure.

Experience:

Construction: 1 year (Preferred).

Roofing: 2 years (Preferred).

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand, sit, see, hear, and lift materials.

Exposed to typical office working conditions.

Additional Information:

Full-time position with a flexible schedule.

$80,000.00 - $186,000.00 per year
