Job Description:

This is not salary/hourly pay. Earn $25.00 - $30.00 per activation

Are you seeking a flexible opportunity where you can work on your own schedule while making a difference? Accelerated Wireless, a distributor for Stand Up Wireless, is searching for motivated individuals to join our Lifeline team. Prior experience is preferred , although we offer through training!

What You'll Receive

- Payment for each successful program enrollment - following FCC - ACP guidelines

- Flexible Schedule (1099 position)

- Assistance for pre-scheduled events and venue coordination

Responsibilities:

- Administer program enrollment for eligible participants
- Articulate program advantages and device functionalities clearly
- Assist in device activation and resolve issues effectively
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy consistently
- Utilize community networks to boost program visibility

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years old
- Reliable Transportation
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Compliance with legal standards regarding convictions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday

• Southfield, MI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
