What youll be doing:

As an Account Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market share. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans and forging strong customer relationships. The intended outcome of this role is to build and maintain a large portfolio of companies that use EL Car Wash Unlimited Memberships as an employee benefit to achieve and exceed ambitious goals.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.

Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

What youll bring to the team:

• A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the same industry as the company
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas and targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce, and other sales tools

Deep understanding of the B2B sales process.

Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
